Master Planning is a term used in multiple ways concerning golf course design. For instance, we can review your existing golf course such as the one in the picture on the right at the Turnberry Resort near Miami, Florida where we developed a complete or “full” renovation of both golf courses.

Your plan will be prepared as a full color CADD rendering and in animation form suitable for power point presentations and web site access.

It can also apply to new course development where we work closely with your development team to map out the proper relationship between golf, residential or commercial opportunities.
An integral part of the master plan development task will be the development of a preliminary budget for the golf course construction and related facilities. This cost estimate will be based on a final comprehensive site plan and preliminary technical specifications and will reflect actual, current, and local construction costs.
